Whats with the 28 weeks later ending (Spoilers)?

I just watched this on Tv and the ending was radio in the background
in the empty helicopter the 2 kids escaped in with the army guy and
then next sense was group of infected was running up stairs to the
Eiffel tower in the background. is that a open for another movie or
did i miss something????
